摘要
随着电子技术的迅猛发展,具有耗电少、体积小等特点嵌入式系统被广泛应用于工业控制中。S3C2410是三星公司开发的一款以ARM920T为核心的16/32位嵌入式处理器,它主要面向高性价比、低功耗的应用。本文主要阐述了基于SAMSUNG公司的ARM9芯片S3C2410的核心工控主板的组成、工作原理及其实现方法,给出了电路设计的总体框架和具体的电路设计。介绍了系统的软硬件设计流程,并且总结出了一些在实际编程中遇到的问题的解决方法,经实验验证,该系统达到了预期的目标,功耗小、便携性能,功能强大可靠。该设计可以广泛的应用到各种不同的工业控制领域中去。
As the development of electronic technology, low power and small size systems are widely used in automation. S3C2410 is a 16/32bits embedded CPU of SAMSUNG, which mainly be applied in high performance low cost circumstance. We present the buildup of industry control core system based on S3C2410 and describe its principle and realization, Frame work as well as specific circuit is given. We also put forward the work flow on hardware software design, and give solutions of difficulties in actual programming. Experimental test shows that this design can achieve the design target, provide low power portable functional and reliable features which can be widely used in many of industry control areas.
