摘要
烧结生产作为高炉炼铁顺利进行的前提,在冶金生产中起着相当重要的作用。配料是烧结的重要工艺环节之一,为了达到降低烧结矿成本,提高烧结矿产量和质量的目的,提高配料系统的管理和控制水平成为首要问题。本文详细地阐述了烧结配料计算机控制系统的组成及系统的软、硬件设计。每一配料系统都配有一台上位机(工业控制机IPC-610)和一台下位机(PLC-5/30),通过数据公路DH+相连,由上位机和下位机构成集散控制系统。每台上位机都共享2台下位机的数据,实现双机热备,增加了系统的准确性和可靠性。现在,这一配料过程的计算机控制系统已在现场运行,较好地改变了配料系统的控制质量,收到了满意的使用效果。
Sintering practice as the precondition of ironmaking in blast furnace, plays a important role in metallurgy production. Feed proportioning is one of the important chain-locks of sintering. To reduce the cost of the sinter and raise its production and quality, the primary task is to improve the management and control of the feed proportioning systems. We elucidate the systematic composing the feed proportioning computer control and hardware and software design. Each feed proportioning system is equipped with a host computer (IPC) and slave computer (PLC-5/30), connected each other by DH +, which composed a distributed control system. Each host computers shares the data from two slave computers, which realizes double-computer's preparation and increases the systems' accuracy and reliability. So far this computer control system which has been running on site for the feed proportioning process improves preferably the control quality of the feed proportioning systems and brings about satisfactory effects.
