Supervision Experience of FIDIC Clause Application in Water Supply Project

河北城市环境项目邯郸供水子项目(世界银行贷款项目)采用FIDIC条款进行管理,在工程质量、工程进度和投资控制等方面收到了较好的效果。结合工程实践,从工程款的支付、工程变更的处理以及索赔事件的处理三方面,介绍了邯郸供水项目中实施FIDIC条款的监理经验。

The FIDIC clause was applied to manage the water supply subproject of Handan, a part of Hebei urban environment project （World Bank loan project）. Good results concerning engineering quality, engineering schedule, investment control were obtained. Combined with engineering practice, the supervision experience in the implementation of FIDIC clause in Handan water supply project was introduced in aspects of payment of engineering fees, disposal method of engineering alteration, and claim for compensation.
