流通先导作用辨析

本文认为,流通是商品生产和社会分工的产物,是连接生产和消费的中间环节。商品流通过程与生产过程一样,在社会再生产过程中居于重要地位,发挥着重要的作用。文章提出,在一定的社会经济条件下,生产决定流通,流通又反作用于生产,而当社会生产力发展到一定程度时,流通对生产的决定作用日益凸现,流通决定生产,流通过程运行情况直接影响生产过程的进行,成为较之生产过程更为重要的经济运行过程,流通对于整个社会经济运行的影响也愈来愈突出,成为社会经济运行的先导,进而对国民经济发展起带动作用。

The author points out that, circulation is the product of commodity production and labor division, it is also the media of production and consumption. As the process of production, the process of commodity circulation plays a very important role in social reproduction. Under a certain social economic condition, production and circulation interacted with each other. While social productivity was developed to a certain degree, production was increasingly determined by circulation. Circulation plays a more important role in having effect on social economic operation, and it plays a leading role in social economic operation.
