长株潭物流产业集群与区域经济发展研究

Research of Logistic Industrial Cluster and the Development of Regional Economy in ChangSha,Zhuzhou,and Xiangtan

本文认为,长株潭区域物流产业集群体系的构建是以长沙、湘潭、株洲三市为活动范围,以交通区位为轴线,通过分工合作来构筑合理化区域物流系统,是对区域范围内的物流活动进行有效的集成。因此研究的切入点是长株潭区域物流的战略规划,重点是区域物流设施与产业布局、物流资源的优化整合和物流信息的共享,以及区域物流协同管理方法体系的构建,难点是根据区域产业分工、区位优势和企业在供应链中的地位与作用,对物流系统如何分工合作,如何在宏观、中观与微观层面分别建立一个区域物流协同机制。

The author points out that, logistic industrial cluster is the cluster in a certain region that taking logistic industry as the leading industry. Under the guide of information of logistic industrial cluster, there will be an inner labor division system formed among the enterprises that will provide regional economic growth with support and guidance. The regional logistic industrial cluster system is the effective integration of logistic activities in these areas. The start point of this research is the logistic strategic plan in these areas, and the regional infrastructure and industrial arrangement, the optimized integration of logistic resources and the sharing of logistic information, and the construction of regional logistic coordinate management system is the focus of this research. The author also points out the difficuties involved in this research.
