现代物流业的发展水平是评价一个城市、一个经济区域综合实力和现代化进程的重要标志。东北地区老工业基地的振兴,离不开现代物流的支撑。从理论研究的角度分析作为东北老工业基地龙头的黑龙江省应充分利用国家振兴东北老工业基地的战略,依托自身的优势,抓住机遇,发展物流。

The level of development of the modem logistics industry is an important symbol to evaluate a city,a regional comprehensive economic strength and the process of modernization. The northeast China＇s old industry bases,rejuvenation is inseparable from modem logistics support. This paper analyses Heilongjiang as the leading province of the northeast old industry bases,which should fully use the strategy of country＇s revitalizing the old industrial bases in northeast China, depend on its advantages, seize the opportunities, and develop logistics.
