Evaluation method of education informatization level based on grey connection cluster analysis theory

国家或地区教育信息化发展水平标志着教育现代化的发展水平,对教育信息化水平进行评价有利于促进教育信息化发展。针对教育信息化特征进行分析研究,基于教育信息化各要素的动态性、灰性和不确定性,提出了用灰色区间数表示教育信息化指标的概念,应用灰色关联理论和聚类分析方法建立了教育信息化水平的评价模型。

The development level of education informationization in a nation or some place symbolizes its development level of the education modernization, so it is better to promote the development of the education informationization by educating the education informationization level. This paper analyzes the characters of education informationization . Based on the characters of education informationization named as dynamic, grey and uncertain, this paper introduces the concept of using the grey connection number as index of education informazation, integrated the grey interval cluster analysis method to establish the relevancy model for education informatization level evaluation.
