Inter-firm organization evolution and motive mechanism

从演化经济学的视角分析了工业化以来中间组织生态演化,通过对比工业经济和新经济条件下企业间合作,揭示了中间组织发展的动力机制,认为新经济条件下,技术进步、产品和需求异化以及企业合作创新三者的相互作用是中间组织发展的主要动力机制。

Based on the evolution economics, we analyze the ecology evolution of the inter-firm organization since the industrialization,revealed the motive mechanism which the middle organization develops by contrasting the enterprise cooperates under industrial economic and the new economic condition,and draw a conclusion that under the new economic condition the interaction of the three parts—— the technology advancement, the product and the demand dissimilation as well as the enterprise cooperation innovation is the main motive mechanism of the inter-firm organization development.
