摘要
传统绩效管理多注重最终结果,而忽视了实现结果的流程。6δ管理给予我们启示:流程绩效至关重要。首先理清流程的定义和流程分析,然后参考SCOR模型,分5个步骤设计出基于流程的绩效管理体系,最后还探讨了流程绩效管理在实践中的具体应用。
Traditionally,in performance management people pay more attention to final results and ignore specific processes leading to the results. Now we are inspired from the 6δ management that based on process performance is the most important! The concept of process and process analysis are elaborated in this paper firstly. In addition,the performance management system based on process is achieved by five steps according to the SCOR model. The application of the performance management based on process is discussed in the end.
