从分析知识主导型企业文化与企业核心竞争力的互动关系入手,探讨了知识主导型企业文化的特点及其内部的层次关系,构建了知识主导型企业文化模型。
The traits of the knowledge-dominant corporate culture and its elements＇ internal interaction are discussed by analyzing their relationship. The knowledge-dominant corporate culture is modeled.
