摘要
21世纪以来,创业研究,特别是企业内部创业引起了全球广泛的关注。针对我国高科技企业面临的竞争环境及员工激励存在的问题,提出将企业内部创业作为其新的激励方式,并从企业文化、资源配套机制、激励机制和组织结构4个方面探讨如何构建内部创业机制模型,从而促进企业内部创业的开展。
The research of entrepreneurship, especially inside entrapreneurship has attracted the widespread attention the world over since 21 century. Aiming at the competition environment that our high-tech enterprises face and the problems of motivationg staff,this article raiseds the entrapreneurship as a new way of motivation,and discusses how to establish the model of the entrapreneurship mechanism from four aspects, enterprise culture, resources distribution mechanism,motivation mechanism and organize sturcture,thus promoting the development of our high-tech corporations.
