纳米钛酸锶粉体制备及其表面改性工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 钛酸锶(SrTiO3)是制备陶瓷电容器和热敏电阻器等电子陶瓷的重要原料,在电子工业上的应用非常广泛。以四氯化钛和氯化锶、氢氧化钠为原料,采用直接沉淀法合成纳米钛酸锶粉体,重点研究了表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)在合成过程中对纳米钛酸锶粉体性能的影响,并应用XRD,TEM,SEM,BET等一系列手段对其微观结构进行表征。结果表明表面活性剂SDBS的添加浓度有一最佳值(0.15 mol/L)。通过SDBS改性后的纳米钛酸锶粉体,其晶型结构没有发生改变,颗粒的形状为球形,平均粒径约为25 nm,粒度分布较窄,团聚现象也大为改善。 Strontium titanate ( SrTiO3 ) is an important raw material of preparing electronic ceramics, such as porcelain capacitor and thermosensitive resistor etc.. It has very extensive application in electronic industry. Nano - sized strontium titanate powder was prepared by direct precipitation method, with titanium tetrachloride, strontium chloride and sodium hydroxide as the raw materials. The paper primarily studied the influence of surfactant - sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate ( SDBS ) on the performances of nano - sized strontium titanate powder in the synthetic process. The microstructure of the product was characterized by XRD,TEM, SEM and BET etc.. The results showed that there was an optimum concentration of SDBS addition. The crystal structure of nano - sized strontium titanate powder, which had been modified by the SDBS, was not changed and its granular shape was spheric with average particle size of 25 nm. Its particle size distribution was relatively narrow and the phenomenon of agglomeration was also improved a lot.
