摘要
六偏磷酸钠尾气温度较高,所含成分复杂,杂质含量高、腐蚀性强。为回收其中的热量,设计采用余热锅炉与列管式换热器进行二次换热,产生蒸汽与高温热水提供给其他生产装置使用。该系统投入运行以来,运行正常,系统废热回收效果良好,整套系统蒸汽产量约5 t/h(0.4 MPa)。该系统的成功运行,表明对复杂成分的高温废气回收做出针对性设计,回收利用是完全可行的,是企业发展循环经济,节能、减排、增效的有效途径。
The tail gas of sodium hexametaphosphate is characterized by high temperature . complicated ingredients, high impurity content and strong corrosiveness. In order to recover its heat energy. the secondary heat exchange system was designed between the waste heat boiler and the shell - and - tube heat exchanger. The generated steam and high temperature water will be supplied to the other production equipments. The running was normal . the waste heat recovery effect was good and the steam output of the whole system was about 5 t/h ( 0.4 MPa ) . since the system had been put into operation. The successful operation showed that the recovery and utilization of high temperature waste gas with complicated components were totally feasible as long as the special design was made. It is an effective way to save energy. reduce exhaust and raise benefit and it is also good a way to develop recycling economy for enterprises.
