摘要
目的:为血液中四氯乙烯的测定研究一种简单可靠的方法,从而减少传统分析方法中对血液繁杂的前处理、结果准确性差等缺点。方法:用带捕集阱顶空仪进样,气相色谱法经E lite-5MS柱分离后用FID检测,峰形分离较为理想。结果:四氯乙烯含量在0~1400μg/L呈良好的线性,相关系数为0.9994,回归方程Y=176.54X-4849.81,检测限为25μg/L。在线性范围内,对高中低浓度测定精密度,相对标准偏差分别为1.1%、4.2%、5.6%。并在实际样品中进行加标回收试验,回收率为96.5%~103%。干扰试验证明测定四氯乙烯与其他卤代烃测定互不干扰。结论:此方法操作简便,灵敏度较高,满足血液中四氯乙烯检测的需要。
Objective:For analyzing the tetrachloroethylene in blood which is very easy volatilization,a simple and reliable method was studied.Thereby the shortcoming of traditional method was reduced,such as complex process of pre-treating blood and low accuracy of results.Methods:Blood samples were pretreated by Head space gas instrument with adsorption trap were sampled and injected to gas chromatography,and then through Elite-5MS capillary column separated and was detected by FID monitor.The result showed that the separation and peak shape were good.Results:It had a good linearity when the content of tetrachloroethylene was 0~1400 μg/L,and the relevant coefficient 0.9994,the regression equation Y=176.54X-4849.81.The limit of detection was 25 μg/L.In the range of linearity,the variable coefficients were 1.1%,4.2% and 5.6%.with average recovery rate between 97%~103% at different spiking level.No interference was observed in interference test on tetrachloroethylene with other halogenated hydrocarbon,showing that the specificity of the method was good.Conclusion:This method is simple,fast and highly sensitive.And it can meet the need of detection tetrachloroethylene in blood entirely.
