摘要
目的:建立检测空气中四氯乙烷检测方法。方法:空气中四氯乙烷用活性炭管采集,二硫化碳解吸,经GDX-103色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。以保留时间定性,峰高或峰面积定量。结果:方法的线性范围在0~317μg/ml内,相关系数r=0.9991,平均解吸效率为93.9%,相对标准偏差<10%,最低检出限为1μg/ml,最低检出浓度为0.22 mg/m3。结论:该方法可简便、快速、准确地测定工作场所空气中四氯乙烷含量。
Objective:To establish a gas chromatography method for determination of tetrachloroethane in workplace air.Methods:Tetrachloroethane in air was collected by activated carbon,desorped with carbon disulfide,separated by GDX-103 chromatography column,and detected by flame ionization detector.The analyses were qualitated by retention time and quantitated by peak height and peak area.Results:The linear range was 0~317 μg/ml,correlation coefficient was 0.9991,average desorption efficiency was 93.9%,RSD was less than 10%,and detection limit was 1 μg/ml,limit quantification was 0.22 mg/m^3.Conclusion:The simple,fast and accurate method can be successfully used to detect tetrachloroethane contents in workplace air.
