摘要
目的:对水样中孔雀石绿和隐性孔雀石绿残留量测定方法进行探讨。方法:定性:采用水样中孔雀石绿快速检测试剂盒预测定性。定量:用二氯甲烷直接萃取后用乙腈定容至1.0 ml。采用高效液相色谱法定量。结果:水样中孔雀石绿的检出浓度可达0.2μg/L;相对标准偏差(RSD)<10%;回收率:孔雀石绿为74.0%~126.7%,隐性孔雀石绿为36.2%~53.6%之间。结论:可对水体中孔雀石绿残留量进行定量测定。
Objective:To establish a method of detection of malachite green and leucomalachite green residues in water.Methods:Qualitative:determine by malachite green reagent sets.Quantitation:Water was extracted with dichloromethane,dissolve in acetonitrile.Analyzed by HPLC.Results:The determination limit was 0.2 μg/L.The coefficient of variation was under 10%.The malachite green average recovery rate was 74.0%~126.7%, the leucomalachite green average recovery rate was 36.2%~53.6%.Conclusion:This method is suitable for determination of malachite green in water.
