摘要
目的:建立一种新的消解方法测定茶叶中的铅。方法:用微波消解石墨炉原子吸收法测定。结果:优化微波消解条件,标准曲线相关系数为0.999,相对标准偏差为1.2%,平均回收率90%~102.5%。结论:该方法准确度、精密度良好,是一种简便、快速、可行的测定茶叶中铅的方法。
Objective:To use neotype digestion device to digest tea.Methods:After microwave digestion,we determined lead in tea by graphite furnace atomic absorption method.Results:The correlation coefficient was 0.999,RSD was 1.3%,the average recovery rate of mercury was 90%-102.5%.Conclusion:The method has good accuracy and precision.It's a fast,simple and feasible method for analyzing tea.
