摘要
目的:通过不同贮存条件对碳酸饮料中二氧化碳气容量影响的研究,寻求最佳贮存条件。方法:分别在室温和37℃温箱贮存条件下每隔一天测定二氧化碳气容量一次,记录气容量及实验条件(室温,相对湿度),为时60 d。结果:在室温贮存条件下,二氧化碳气容量变化不大,在37℃温箱贮存下二氧化碳气容量随着贮存时间延长变化较大,二氧化碳气容量与贮存时间曲线呈下降趋势。结论:碳酸饮料中二氧化碳气容量在低于22℃室温贮存条件下影响不大,而室温高于37℃贮存条件下影响较大。
Objective:Through the research on different storage conditions on carbonated drinks in carbon dioxide capacity to identify the best storage conditions.Methods:At room temperature and temperature storage condition of 37℃,we determine the gas capacity of carbon dioxide once every other day,record gas capacity and experimental conditions(room temperature, relative humidity).It lasts 60 days.Results:Under the storage conditions of room temperature,the change of the gas capacity of carbon dioxide is not significant.With the prolonging of storage time,the change of the gas capacity of carbon dioxide is relatively significant in the temperature box(37℃).The gas capacity of carbon dioxide and the curve of storage time show a decreasing trend.Conclusion:Under the condition of room temperature(lower than 22℃),the effect on the gas capacity of carbon dioxide in carbonated beverage is not significant.Under the condition of higher than 37℃,the effect is relatively high.
