摘要
目的:于2003年初,在江苏地区,因食入自制豆酱后,引起家庭内食物中毒病因的检测。方法:由临床医生依据患者的主诉和症状,初步判定为疑似食物中毒,病因不明。经过流行病学调查,收集患者进食的剩余食品,样品经过处理,进行肉毒毒素的毒力测定试验,肉毒毒素的分型试验以及肉毒梭菌的分离和培养试验。结果:测定自制豆酱中肉毒毒素含量LD50为2万单位;所检出的毒素为肉毒毒素B型。结论:综合临床诊断,流行病学调查资料和实验诊断结果,推断此次食物中毒的病因为自制豆酱中的B型肉毒毒素。
Objective:Pathogenic analysis and diagnosis of food poisoning that was because of eating bean product.It happened in area of Jiangsu in the beginning of 2003.Methods:The clinicians considered the disease was food poisoning at first according to patient's information and symptoms.Through epidemical survey,we collected partical surplus food.After the samples were handled,we did toxicogenic ability test,type test,clostridium botulium isolation and culture test were performed.Results:The sample of bean product existed botulium B.Toxicogenic density was twenty thousand units(LD50).Conclusion:Combining clinic diagnosis,epidemical data and experimental results,we suspected the pathogen causing food poisoning is botulium B.
