2004~2006年肇庆市部分食品化学污染状况分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的:了解肇庆市本地产的主要食品的化学污染状况。方法:自2004年起每年分夏秋两季在各监测网点随机抽检各类食品,监测有机磷农药、黄曲霉毒素B1、铅、镉、铝、食品添加剂等项目。结果:3年共采集14大类食品,获得2207个检验数据,按有关国家标准进行评价,铅、镉的合格率分别为96.0%和92.9%,其中皮蛋、茶叶中铅,猪肾、干冬菇和大米中镉的合格率低;蔬菜的甲胺磷超标率为15.4%;酱腌菜类苯甲酸钠超标率较高;面制食品中馒头、油条和油饼的铝含量全部超出标准。结论:肇庆市食品化学污染的问题整体不严重,但对部分加工食品应加强卫生管理和监测。 Objective:To understand the situation of chemical contamination for foods in Zhaoqing City.Methods:Different kinds of food samples were collected from each monitoring spots in Zhaoqing City for summer and fall since 2004.Items were examined for Organicphosphorus pesticide residues,Determination of aflatoxin B1,Lead,Cadmium,Aluminum,and food additives.Results:Altogether gather 14 kinds of foods obtain 2207 test data during 3 years,carry on the appraisal according to the relatednational standard,lead,the cadmium qualified rate were 96.0% and 92.9%,the lead of the egg,and the tea,the qualified rate of the pig kidney,the dry mushroom and the rice were low;Organicphosphorus pesticide residues in the vegetables the allowed rate is 15.4%;The benzoioc acid in sauce pickles were higher;In surface system food the steamed bun,the aluminum in the steamed bun,and oil cake were unqualified.Conclusion:The situation of chemical contamination for foods in Zhaoqing City is not serious,but we should strengthen the hygienic management and the monitor some processed food.
