衰老矿井应如何从资金、设计、施工等方面创造有利条件，以加快开拓延深工程建设，做好正常水平接续稳定煤炭产量，提高经济效益。
That how create the favorable conditions of investemnt, design and construction for an ondunderground coal mine to quicken deepening development, connect normal levels, stabilize coal productionand increase economic benefits is discussed in this paper.
