摘要 在柿竹园矿500t/d选厂的二段磨矿分级返砂中增设圆锥选矿机和螺旋溜槽重选设备,可得到黑钨、白钨及铋三种精矿,使粗粒钨得到早收,减轻了钨的过粉碎,可提高钨的回收率,而且该工艺流程简单易行。 A gravity concentration flowsheet which using high-efficient Reichert cones and spiral chutes was adopted to process the sands from the classifier in the closed circuit of the secondary grinding of Shizhuyan Plant with an ability of 500tons per day. From the concentration operation obtained concentrates of wolframite. scheelite and bismuth sulphide. The tungsten-bearing minerals of coarse particles were recovered early so that their overgrinding was reduced. The method provides a new way for processing tungsten-bearing ore with higher recovery. and is simple in flowsheet and application easily.
