从铁山河铁矿磁选尾矿中回收硫、钴的工艺研究及生产实践 被引量:4

摘要 采用重磁重工艺流程从济源铁山河铁矿的磁选尾矿中回收硫钴、小型试验结果为:在给矿含硫3.6%、含钴0.065%的情况下,硫钴精矿的硫销品位分别达到36%-38%和0.48%.硫钴的回收率分别达到78.44%和61.15%。生产实践三个月的指标为,原矿台钴0.065%左右,硫钻精矿含钴大于0.5%,含硫大于35%,钴回收率45%左右。该工艺具有投资少,生产成本低,操作方便,指标较好等优点,预计每年可为企业增加利税100万元以上。 Cobaltiferrous pyrite is recovered by using the gravity separation -magnetic separation gravity separation process from tailings of magnetic separation in TieShanhe Iron Mine. The results have been obtained in the laboratory tests which the grade and recovery of sulphur are 38.94% and 78. 44%, the grade and recovery of cobalt are 0.48% and 61. 15% respectively inthe sulphur-cobalt concentrat. when the grade of sulphur and cobalt is 3. 6% and 0. 065%respectively in the tallings of magnetic separation. The results have beed obtained in the industrial Production practice in three months which the grade and recovery of cobalt in th sulphur-cobalt cocentrate are more than 0. 5 % and ahout 45% respectively. It is predicted that TieShanhe Iron Mine will obtain more than 1 million RMB in profit one year.
