Coffee is drunk all over the world, every day, by both young and old ,but like many other things we enjoy in our everyday life, we sometimes question whether it is good for us. From the thousands of studies done on coffee, if is becoming increasingly clear, that drinking a moderate amount, of up to 4/5 cups a day, is not harmful and may even have some health benefits.
