摘要
为了探讨酵母-β1,3/1,6-葡聚糖对断奶仔猪生产性能、血清理化指标的影响,试验选择品种一致,体重接近,公、母各半,日龄为(28±3)d的长×大二元断奶仔猪160头,随机分成4个处理组,分别连续添加(0、50、100和200mg/kg)的-β1,3/1,6-葡聚糖,试验期为28d。结果表明:断奶仔猪日粮中添加-β1,3/1,6-葡聚糖有提高血清总蛋白浓度的趋势(P<0.01),可极显著(P<0.01)提高血清球蛋白浓度,显著(P<0.05)降低血清总胆固醇浓度和LDL浓度,对血清甘油三酯浓度、HDL浓度和葡萄糖浓度均无显著影响(P>0.05)。同时也发现,断奶仔猪日粮中连续添加50mg/kg的β-1,3/1,6-葡聚糖,可显著提高日增重及改善饲料转化率,显著(P<0.05)降低腹泻发生频率,有提高日采食量的趋势,各处理组死亡率无显著差异。剂量太高有提高腹泻发生率的趋势。上述试验表明,断奶仔猪日粮中添加50 mg/kg的β-1,3/1,6-葡聚糖可调节其脂质代谢和蛋白质代谢,增强机体免疫功能,从而显著提高其生长性能。
The present study were conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation with 0, 50, 100, 200 mg/kg of β-1,3/1,6-glucan extracted from Saccharomyces cerevisiae on growth performance, protein metabolism and lipid metabolism. A total of 160 (Landrace ×Large White) weaned piglets at (28±3) d of age were randomly allocated to four treatments according to intial bodyweight and gender, five replicates per treatment, 8 pigs per replicate(per pen). Feed and water were freely available to weaned piglets during the whole times. Our results showed that oral supplementation with β-1,3/1,6-glucan can significantly increase serum globulin concentration, significantly decrease serum total cholesterol (TC)and LDL concentration (P 〈 0.05). No significant effects were discovered on serum glucose, albumin, TG (total triglyceride) and HDL concentrations (P 〉 0.05), only a numerical increasing trend in total protein compared to non-treated control. Forever, our studies also found that 50 mg/kg β-1,3/ 1,6-glucan supplementation can significantly enchance ADG and ratio of gain/feed, decrease significantly diarrhea frequency(P〈 0.05). However, no significant effect of β-1,3/1,6-glucan was observed on ADFI and mortality rate(P 〉 0.05), only an increasing trend in ADFI compared to non-treated control. It is concluded that protein metabolism, lipid metabolism, nonspecific immune function and growth performance of weaned piglets can be improved by dietary supplementing with 50 mg/kg β-1,3/1,6-glucan.
