摘要
当前大部分国有企业在对知识型员工的激励手段和措施上还存在着很多问题,导致大量知识型员工的流失,企业竞争力不断减弱。本论文在分析导致当前国有企业大量知识型员工流失问题症结的基础上,进而提出了激励国有企业知识型员工的几个有效的策略。
At present there are being many problems on the measure of incenting the learning employee of state-owned enterprise, which result in the loss of a lot of learning employees and gradual weakening in the enterprise's competition. Base on the analysis to the cause of the loss of a large number of learning employees, several effective incentive measure for learning employee in the state-owned enterprise is presented in this paper.
