摘要
目前,吸收能力早已用于解释不同领域的各种各样的组织现象,包括战略管理、技术管理和网络商务。本文首先给出吸收能力的概念,其次从吸收能力和研发投入的关系入手描述吸收能力的表示,然后分析我国企业研发投入的现状,最后有针对性地从研发投入来对我国企业提高吸收能力提出几点启示。
In recent years, researchers have used absorptive capacity in their analyses of diverse organizational phenomena, including strategic management, technology management and international business. In this article we offer the conceptualization of absorptive capacity, then give the relationship of absorptive capacity and R＆D ,analyze the current condition of our firm＇s R＆D, bring forward some suggestions for our firm＇s R＆D.
