宁夏地区回族人青光眼血流动力学的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨回族原发性青光眼患者眼部血流动力学改变特点。方法采用美国MULTIGON500M型TCD仪器检测29例青光眼组及31例正常对照组眼动脉(oph-thal mic artery,OA)、视网膜中央动脉(central artery of reti-na,CRA)和睫状后动脉(posterior ciliary artery,PCA)。检测指标为:收缩期峰值流速、舒张期末流速、平均流速、搏动指数(pulsatility index,PI)、阻力指数(resistent index,RI)、频谱形态和监听频声。结果青光眼患者的CRA及SPCA的收缩期峰值流速分别为(7.55±2.43)cm·s^-1、(9.37±1.14)cm·s^-1,舒张期血流速度(2.10±0.93)cm·s^-1、(2.89±0.79)cm·s^-1及平均流速(4.54±1.44)cm·s^-1、(5.87±1.23)cm·s^-1均低于正常对照组,RI(0.65±0.70~0.76±0.60)明显高于正常对照组,PI显著高于正常对照组。结论青光眼患者眼血管血流动力学有明显改变,说明血管性因素可能在青光眼视神经的损伤中发挥了重要作用。 Objective To discuss the feature of ocular hemodynamic change in primary glaucoma of Muslin people in Ningxia. Methods Ophthalmic artery (OA) ,central artery of retina (CRA) and posterior ciliary arterias (PCA) were detected in glaucoma group(29 cases) and control group(31 cases). The indicators of detection were the crest value flow number of the period of contraction, the flow number of the end stage of diastolis phase, mean flow number,pulsatility index (PI), resistant index (RI), the shape of spectra and the frequency of monitor. Results The CRA and PCA of the patients with primary glaucoma were respectively ( 7.55 ± 2.43 )cm·s^-1 and ( 9.37 ± 1.14)cm·s^-1 in crest value flow number of the period of contraction, (2. 10 ±0.93)cm·s^-1 and( 2.89 ±0.79) cm·s^-1 in flow number of the end stage of diastolis phase,(4.54 ± 1.44)cm·s^-1 and (5.87 ± 1.23)cm·s^-1 in mean flow number. All these parmneters were lower than that in normal control group. Conclusion There are obvious changes in the eye blood vessel of patients with glaucoma,blood vessel effect perhaps is an important cause of the injuries of optical nerve of patients with glaucoma.
