摘要 Toll样受体(Toll-like receptors,TLRs)是一天然模板识别受体家族,能识别固有性模板,其介导的信号转导通路在对抗外来病原体的天然免疫应答中起重要作用。越来越多的研究已经发现人眼角膜细胞、巩膜、结膜、葡萄膜、视网膜、虹膜内皮细胞、睫状体等都能表达TLRs,而且与眼部的免疫和炎症反应密切相关。我们就TLRs的信号转导方式及其和眼部感染性疾病关系做一综述。 Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are a family of innate pattern recognition receptors (PRRs) that recognize conserved molecular patterns. The signaling pathways induced by TLRs play an important role in the innate response. More researches on the expression of TLRs in cell and organizes of eye have been carried out, such as human corneal cell, sclera, conjunctiva,retina,iris endothelial cells and ciliary body. There is close correlation between the discovery of the TLRs in eye and ocular immune response and inflammation, This article sttmmarized the signal transduction pathway mediated by TLRs and their relation with the infectious eye disease.
