国有企业经营者薪酬定价问题探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目前的国企经营者薪酬定价存在与企业业绩的关联度不高、操作不规范,与评价业绩的时间跨度不匹配等问题。国企所处环境不同、薪酬实现方式不规范、市场定价模糊是导致国企经营者薪酬定价困难的因素。应采取多元化的薪酬定价方式,重视激励的长期效果,使薪酬定价与业绩状况挂钩,并制定相应的约束机制。
