The Discussion of Organization Style of Academic Librarian Institute in Sports College Libraries

概述学科馆员制度的发展现状、原则以及组织模式的定位、组织模式的机构设置,从现代图书馆科学管理角度出发,倡导因馆制宜,采用循序渐进的方法制定学科馆员的定位职责。同时,为保证学科馆员的服务质量,树立新型服务窗口形象,做好学科馆员的绩效考核,提出体育院校图书馆全面实施学科馆员制的一种模式。

This paper generally introduces the current development and principle of academic librarian institute, and the setting framework of organization style and orientation. According to the modem library scientific management, this paper uses the gradual way to confirm the academic librarians＇ positioning duty. In order to assure the service quality, build up the new style of window service image and do well the academic librarians＇ performance cheek, this paper proposaes a style of scientific academic librarian institute to improve the sport college library service.
