摘要
采用问卷调查法、数理统计法、专家咨询法等方法,结合21世纪高校体育教学改革的指导思想,从当前高校体育教学活动课程设置方面入手,深入剖析格斗项目跆拳道成为高校体育课程的原因,具体解析了跆拳道运动的特点,并对其他格斗项目尤其是我国传统格斗项目的推广和发展提供了较为实用的参考依据。
With the help of questionnaires, symbohc statistics and specialist-consulting method, and guided by the instructional thought of sports teaching reform in universities and colleges in the 21st century, this paper tries to find the reasons for wrestling taekwondo＇s becoming a course in universities and college. It makes a detailed analysis on the characteristics of taekwundo and provides a referential foundation for the development and spreading of other wrestling events, especially of our countrv＇s traditional ones.
