摘要 对于稀土发光纳米晶来讲,产品颗粒尺寸与形貌不仅对发光性能有影响,而且直接影响其应用。如颗粒尺寸在1-10μm之间且形貌接近于球形的发光微米晶在涂屏时发光效率是最高的.而具有新型微观结构与形貌的稀土发光纳米晶,如纳米线、纳米棒及具有自组装特性的花晶等纳米结构材料由于在纳米发光器件方面有着潜在的应用价值.已成为当今纳米科学的研究焦点。近年来.人们采用各种软化学方法合成发光纳米晶.工作主要集中于纳米材料合成方法的应用、比较新型纳米发光材料与常规发光材料的优缺点、颗粒大小对发光性能的影响等, A red luminescent Sr3Al2O6∶Eu^2+ nanocrystallites with new morphology were synthesized by sol-gel route assisted by microwave irradiation. The phosphor powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results reveal that the calcination temperature of the Sr3Al2O6∶Eu^2+ phosphor crystallites greatly affects its morphology. With temperature increasing, the phosphor crystallites morphology showed primarily from nanorod-like, mixture of nanorod and flower-like to homogeneous flower-like morphology. The effects of new morphology on luminescent properties of phosphors were investigated. Uniformly dispersed flower-like Sr3Al2O6∶Eu^2+ phosphor powders showed the strongest luminescent intensity and the longest afterglow time.
