摘要
针对我国用传统工艺(铸造-挤压工艺)生产560mm×70mm超大特厚919铝合金管出现的多种质量缺陷(如力学性能差,组织中存在光晶和花边等缺陷),提出了一种生产这类超大特厚管的新工艺(由快速铸造、高柱体自由冲扩孔、高温慢速润滑挤压、混合校直等不同种类的加工工艺组合而成),成功地生产出了合格产品。
Due to the limitation of equipment condition of our country, dia560 mm×70 mm extremely big and thick tubes produced by using conventional technology have a few kinds of failures in microstructure and poor mechanical properties. A new technology is presented in this research. The application of the new technology showed good effect on the production of the extremely big and thick high quality aluminium alloy tube.
