今年5月份以来，湖泊河流水质恶化的警报不断传来，但与之相伴的总少不了调水工程开闸放水的好消息。先是太湖自来水变味导致无锡断水，随后水利部急调长江清水注入太湖，随着数亿吨长江水的补给，流入太湖的望虞河水质指标由劣V类改善为Ⅱ～Ⅲ类，直接受水的太湖贡湖水域水质明显好转。进入6月，巢湖也出现蓝藻爆发迹象，正当绿漆似的浓稠湖水让国人担心的时候，
