摘要 提出一种新的基因序列图形表达方法及特征参数Z_Inv,这种图形表达不仅具有良好的非退化特征,而且充分保留了基因序列的生物学特征。通过实验比较分析,特征参数Z_Inv具有计算简单且比其他不变量更接近于矩阵最大特征值不变量λ。最后将这一图形表达及特征参数应用于基因序列的相似性分析中。实验结果表明,利用图形表达及其特征参数的基因序列形似性分析具有较好的合理性。 A novel 3-D graphic representation with non-degeneration and characteristic parameter Z_inv is proposed.This representation has the virtue of avoiding the overlap or cross without losing biological information.Through the experiment comparative analysis,in this kind of graph expression method characteristic parameter has the computation simple and approaching the matrix maximum eigenvalue λ compared to other invariants.Finally this graph expression and the characteristic parameter is applied in the gene sequence similar analysis,the experimental result shows that it is rational to make similarity analysis on the gene sequence using this article graphic representation and the characteristic parameter.
