摘要
珠江新城E5-2地块高层公寓地面以上31层,采用框支剪力墙结构,于层5高位转换,平面窄长。根据结构体形特性建立简单模型,利用模型快捷地找出窄长平面高层结构的工作基本特性并找出解决问题的方法,从而对结构布置提供帮助。计算结果显示,实际工程的工作基本特性与简单模型基本一致。
The Zhujiang New Town E5-2 block department is a 31-story high tall building, locating at the CBD of Guangzhou, with 5th story partly frame-supported shear wall system. The size of plan of this building is 103.54m long but 23.5m wide, thus the shape is narrow and long, and the building is sensible to torsion under seismic excitation. The procedure of concept design of this type of building utilizing simplified modal is introduced in details.
