摘要
武汉光谷中心花园办公楼在施工期间发生火灾,刚浇捣3d的楼面上所立的模板被烧毁。火灾后过火楼面产生了广泛分布的裂缝,造成过火楼面一定程度损伤,但混凝土强度等级仍能满足设计要求。根据火灾后的检测鉴定结果,对该楼面采取另配板面筋、加厚楼板方式加固,取得了良好效果。
The fire accident of office building in Wuhan Optical Valley in construction caused the timber moulding board burnt out which was erected on the concrete floor newly cast 3 clays before. Although cracks were extensively distributed on the floor and some damage occurred, the test result showed that concrete strength still met the design requirement. According to the test report, such retrofitting measures as adding steels, thickening the floor are adopted, and satisfaction effect was achieved.
