摘要
根据当前冷轧实验轧机的概况分析,并结合冷轧实验对设备的特殊要求,设计开发了两侧通过液压缸和夹头产生张力的新型直拉式可逆冷轧实验轧机。介绍了该轧机的主要工艺设备参数和系统配置。确定了实验工艺流程,并根据该实验轧机的设备布置设计了轧制工艺。该新型冷轧实验轧机已经成功投入使用。
According to the performance of existing pilot cold rolling mill, and the requirements to the pilot cold rolling mill,a new type pilot cold rolling mill was designed. The cylinders and clamps are used to tension rolling piece. The technology and parameters of this mill are introduced. The experiment schedule should be given first,then the rolling process can be designed according to the layout of the mill. This new type pilot cold rolling mill has been used successfully.
