摘要
边缘降控制是板形控制的薄弱环节。研究了引进的边缘降自动控制系统模型,指出由于其存在预设定模型的预测能力无法发挥、反馈控制模型参数设定不合理、控制策略不完备等问题,引起产品的边缘降合格率时高时低。对现有边缘降控制系统进行优化,优化后的模型经现场验证表明,可有效控制边缘降,特别是位于工作侧位置的带钢边部,边缘降值有明显改善。
Reduction of edge-drop of cold-rolled strips is still a problem. The control idea and strategy of AEC(Automation Edge Drop Control) system imported from Japan was studied. Some shortcomings of this control system Were brought out,such as invalidation of model prediction ability, improper parameters of feedback control model and imperfection of control strategy making edge drop out of control. The system was optimized. The practical data show that the optimized control system can reduce the edge-drop obviously,especially at the operation side.
