EAF-CSP流程铌微合金钢析出与再结晶规律研究

摘要 运用光学显微镜、化学相分析等方法研究了EAF-CSP流程铌微合金钢中Nb(C,N)析出规律;并在Gleeble-3500热模拟实验机上实验研究了铌微合金钢的原始奥氏体再结晶规律。该研究为其生产铌微合金钢的成分设计和工艺优化提供了理论依据。 Precipitating regulation of Nb (C, N) in Nb mieroalloyed steel was studied by optical microscope and chemical phase analysis method in EAF-CSP process. Original austenite reerystallizing regulation of Nb mieroalloyed steel in EAF-CSP process was analyzed by Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation machine. The results provide theoretical base for chemical composition design and production process optimizing of Nb mieroalloyed steel in EAF-CSP process.
