Three Methods for Calculating Pellets Expanding Rate

为研究计算方法对直径法测量球团体膨胀率的影响,对3种计算方法进行了分析和比较。研究结果表明,在球团线膨胀率(同一球团膨胀尺寸与膨胀前的直径之比)不变的情况下,随膨胀前球团直径波动范围的扩大,通过3种方法计算所得体膨胀率相差越来越大,但大小对比关系变化甚微;在膨胀前球团直径波动范围不变的情况下,随线膨胀率波动范围的扩大,在3种计算方法中,方法3和方法1取得最大最小值的次数越来越多,三者间的差异也越明显。

Three methods for calculating pellets expanding rate were analyzed in order to evaluate the effect of calculation method on expanding rate. Results show that at a fixed liner expanding rate （diameter ratio between before and after expanding）, the greater the diameter of pellet fluctuates is, the larger the difference among three methods for calculating expanding rate is. When the range of fluctuation is fixed and the liner expanding rate is enlarged, frequency of maximum and minimum value by method 3 and method 1 is highest and the difference among three methods is obvious.
