摘要
分析了国内钢铁企业控制项目投资的必要性;提出了基于战略目标的建设项目全过程投资控制的思路;并针对项目前期投资决策、方案设计、招投标、项目实施、竣工验收以及项目后评估等阶段,提出了控制投资的具体方法。
The necessity of projects investment control was analyzed regarding to domestic steel enterprises. An idea of all-stages projects investment control based on strategic objectives was given and the methods of investment control were set forth, such as construction projects investment decision-making, proposal design, bid, implementation, final test and inspection and projects post-evaluation.
