摘要 合成并表征了粒度为 7 um的基于聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯/二乙烯苯)(PMMA/DVB)和聚(甲基丙烯酸丁酯/二乙烯苯)(PBMA/DVB)的两种非多孔树脂。该类树脂可用作高效液相色谱填料的基质,也可直接用于色谱分离。PMMA/DVB树脂对于蛋白质的分离具有疏水性相互作用色谱填料的性能,而PBMA/DVB树脂由于其强疏水性则对于蛋白质的反相色谱是适宜的。基质树脂经 NaOH溶液水解,就转化成表面含羧甲基的并具有相类似特征的两种改性树脂。改性树脂可用作离子交换色谱填料并研究了它们对蛋白质的分离性能。 Two non-porous resins based on poly (methyl methacrylate/divinylbenzene ) (PMMA/DVB) and poly(butyl methacrylate/divinylbenzene) (PBMA/DVB) with a mean parti- cle size of 7μm have been prepared and characterized. The resins can be used as matrix of high performance liquid chromatographic packings, and can be directly used in chro- matographic separation as well. The PMMA/DVB resin possesses the properties of hydropho- bic interaction chromatographic packings for the separation of proteins, while the PBMA/DVB resin due to its strong hydrophobicity is suitable for the reversed phase chromatography of proteins. The matrix resins were hydrolyzed with aqueous 8olution of NaOH to change into two modified resins containing carboxymethyl group on their surfaces and having similar characteristics. The modified resins can be used as ion-exchange chromatographic packings and their properties for the separation of proteins have been studied.
