摘要
根据硅钼杂多酸氧化Luminol产生化学发光的性质,以及硅钼杂多酸与磷钼杂多酸 形成速率的差异,采用停流技术,在硅、磷共存时,不经分离,实现了对水样和钢样中硅的选择 性测定。该法检出限为2.0×10-8g/mL,线性范围1.0X10-7~1.0X10-5g/mL;相对标准 偏差为 2.8%(硅浓度 1.0× 10-6g/mL,n=11).
A flow injection/chemiluminescence method with stopped-flow technique for se- lective determination of silicon is established. This method is based on the chemiluminesence reaction of 1: 12 molybdosilicate and luminol and the difference between the formation rate of molybdosilicate and molybdophosphate. The detection limit is 2.0 ×10-8 g/mL and the linear range is 1.0× 10-7~1.0× 10-5 g/mL. The relative standard deviation for 11 determi- nations of 1.0×10-6g/mL silicon is 2.8%.
