摘要
建立了流动注射(FIA)光度法同时测定镇和铁的新方法.以乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液(pH 4.50)作载液,溴化十六烷基三甲胺作增溶剂,记录 560 nm处Ni(Ⅱ)-Br-PADAP与 Fe(Ⅲ)-Br-PADAP的峰值吸收之和及 746 um处 Fe(Ⅱ)-Br-PADAP的吸光度,测定了铜基合金中的镍和铁。两种离子的定量线性范围分别为 0.10~1.20 mg/L和 0.20~1.60 mg/L,检出限为 0.02mg/L Ni和 0.02 mg/L Fe,进样频率达83样/h,相对标准偏差为 0.9%,测定结果令人满意。
A flow injection-spectrophotometric method was proposed for the simultaneous determination of nickel and iron with Br-PADAP in the presence of CTMAB. Nickel and iron in copper-base alloys were determined by measuring the absorbance respectively at 560 nm and 746 nm, based on the additive property of the absorbance. The absorbance was linear with the mass concentration of Ni(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅱ) in the range of 0. 10~l. 20 mg/L and 0. 20~l. 60 mg/L respectively, and the detection limit was 0.02 mg/L Ni(Ⅱ) and 0.02 mg/L Fe(Ⅱ). The sampling rate was 83 samples/h and relative standard deviation (0.8 mg/L) was 0.9%. The method has been successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of nickel and iron in reference samples.
