摘要
利用β-环糊精交联聚合物(β-CDP)的选择性吸附性能和良好的透光性能,将其作为显色剂的载体用于分光光度法测定。首次提出了2-[5-溴-(2-吡啶偶氮)]-5-二乙基氨基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)-环糊精交联树脂固定相分光光度法。方法用于自来水及人发中微量铜的测定,简便快捷,准确可靠。
In this paper β-cyclodextrin cross-linked polymer has been used as a carrier of chromogenic agent for spectrophotometry thanks to its selective inclusion adsorption and fine transparency. A new solid-phase spectrophotometric method with β-cyclodextrin polymer 2- [5-bromo-(2-pyridylazo )]-5-diethylaminophenol (5-Br-PADAP) is proposed for the first time. This method has been used for the determination of trace copper in tap water and hu- man hair with simplicity, rapidity and accuracy.
