摘要
目的对藏药圆穗兔耳草(Lagotis ramalanaBatalin)中黄酮类活性成分进行分离纯化和结构确定。方法利用普通硅胶柱色谱和制备薄层色谱等方法进行分离、纯化,并经超导核磁共振(NMR)、质谱(MS)等现代波谱技术确定其结构。结果从其乙醇(体积分数95%)室温提取物中获得5个黄酮类化合物,其结构被确定为:5,7,3′-三羟基-4′-甲氧基黄酮(Ⅰ),洋芹素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ),3′-甲氧基木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ),5,6,4′-三羟基-3,7,3′-三甲氧基-黄酮-6-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)。结论黄酮类化合物I^V均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To isolate and identify the flavonoids from the whole plant of Lagotis ramalana Batalin, which has been used as traditional herb medicine in the treatment of some diseases, such as nephritis, hepatitis. METHODS The flavonoids wereisolated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis (NMR and MS). RESULTS Five fla- vonoids were isolated and identified as : 5,7,3′-trihydroxy-4′-methoxy-flavone (Ⅰ), apigenin-7-O-β-D- glucopyranoside (Ⅱ), luteolin-7-O- /3-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅲ ) ,3′-methoxy-luteolin- 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅳ ), 5,6,4′-trihydroxy-3,7,3′-trimethoxy-flavone-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅴ ). CONCLUSION All these compounds were obtained from Lagotis ramalana Batalin for the first time.
