摘要
研究了荧光分光光度法测定环境水中甲基对硫磷的含量。在吲哚丙酮溶液0.25%、过硼酸钠溶液0.25%溶液中、温度 5℃、λex/λem=410 nm/490 nm,检出限 5.0(5.2)μg/L,线性范围 0~2.0(2.6)mg/L,回收率达98%~102%,结果满意。
The determination of methyl parathion in environmental water by fluorescence spectrophotometry was reported. The experimental conditions are: indole in acetone 0. 25 %. NaBO3·4H2O 0. 25%, temperature 5C, λex/λem 410 nm/490 nm. Parathion contents are de- termined with a lowest detection limit of 5. 0 μg/L(5. 2 μg/L for methy parathion) and a lin- ear range of 0-2. 0 mg/L (0-2. 6 mg/L for methyl parathion). Recovery is between 98% and 102% with satisfactory results.
