摘要
硫辛酸修饰电化学活化碳纤维微电极是一种新型的化学修饰碳纤维微电极。碳纤维微电极经适当的电化学方法活化后,对神经递质5-羟色胺(5-HT)的灵敏度高于其代谢物5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA),在此基础上,用硫辛酸修饰,显著地提高了电极对5-HT的响应灵敏度,其线性范围为1×10-8~1×10-5mol/L,检测下限为5×10-9mol/L,同时有效地抑制了电极对5-HIAA的响应,并且可完全消除尿酸的干扰。
The electrochemically pretreated carbon fibre microelectrode (CFME) modified with lipoic acid is a novel modified CFME. This electrode can increase the determination sen- sitivity of neurotransmitter serotonin (5-HT ) while effectively inhibit the response of its metabolite 5-hydroxyin doleacetic acid (5-HIAA), and completely eliminate the interference of uric acid. The linear range of 5-HT is 1 × 10-8 mol/L-1 × 10-5 mol/L and the detection limit is 5 × 10-9 mol/L.
